Refund Policy

All sales are final and there will not be any refunds or returns with the exception of the statement below.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must still be in good condition to be valid.

Refunds will be processed for defective or damaged products, shipping errors and wrong orders on our end.

We will cover shipping for Exchanges in the US free of charge.

Refunds where the product is sent back to us will have shipping paid for by the customer. The refund will be issued once the item is received.

If the product is damaged prior to arrival or does not arrive please email jc@ghostn.co and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Please keep in mind that at most there are only two of us working on the store. We appreciate your patience!
